Pros
Great people, amazing products and great dealer network. Management says they care and listen and want you to succeed in your career and in your position Have lots of great events to attend Town hall meetings are good for understanding the bigger picture
Cons
Lots of 'boys clubs' in the organization Much of the review process is smoke and mirrors and nothing ever comes out of it Lost much of the personal touches when company was smaller Bonus calculations are a big mystery Many of the office staff don't understand view of the dealers and think that corporate is always right
