      Pros

      The benefits are great the ability to be flexible is there as long as you talk to them.

      Cons

      Pay is not nearly enough for the market. They are definitely one of the lower paying companies for this position. Have a problem with staffing. I worked the last year understaffed and upper management didn't seem to realize we were short staffed and had nothing but complaints every time they visited site. Even though the site I was at was the only profitable site the company had in the region.

      Village Green has "great benefits."

      Cons

      -No consideration given to the mental health of site-level employees -Mandatory office hours 7 days a week (if you enjoy your mental health or spending time with your S/O or family, this is not the job for you) -Grossly underpaid compared to similar companies in this market (until you reach the corporate level) -Unrealistic expectations with little to no proper tools to meet said expectations -Yearly raises are minimal
