Property Managers and Service Managers are paid very well. Decent insurance and PTO. Lots of people in upper management have been promoted from within.
Cons
It's wild that Village Green chooses to let a VP with almost 30 years with the company walk away instead of severing the relationship with a tyrannical ownership group. This group constantly has us breaking policy (and once in a while the law), micromanages to an extreme I never thought possible, institutes the most obscenely cumbersome processes for the simplest tasks, and is wholly unappreciative of our hard work and only bashes us instead of ever saying thank you or good job. To watch tenured, respected, beloved employees walk away because Village Green refuses to put their foot down in defense of its employees and policies is extraordinarily disappointing. Do something about this before you lose everyone else.
