Pros

50% discount, free outfits every quarter, decent pay, great work environment, very flexible with hours. What more could you ask for?!

Cons

Crazy customers, thieves everywhere, semi-annual sale, Black Friday sale. Besides all that, it's a pretty great place to work!

Pros

It's a job. Pay is fair. You can travel to NY occasionally.

Cons

This company is damaged from the top. The current CEO is not respected, she is divisive NOT a leader. Her lack of skill, talent, experience has produced several of the lowest performing seasons in Direct's history. The company has lost relevance due to WEAK leadership that values 'yes' men vs differing POV's. Most employees are extremely unhappy and want to leave.
