Pros

Overall, good dedicated staff. I learned many skills and will be able to use them for my future endeavors.

Cons

They don't seem to care about seniority. Seniority won't get you a promotion. Too much favoritism. A bit of age discrimination. They allow too much cellphone usage during work hours.

Pros

Regular pay check, chick fil a at meetings

Cons

I worked at the Lake Elsinore site where the leadership team seemed to consist of friends of the boss or newly licensed young blonde females . The "training" which I use very loosely consisted of Ted Talks that were of interest to a particular supervisor or fictional television shows. The group supervisor was the person that stood out as the most incompetent. She regularly canceled meetings at the last minute and spent the supervision meetings that she did attend showing clips from her favorite fictional show (In Treatment) which she didn't understand was fictional. I brought this to the attention of the directors and was let go shortly after. At the time that I was let go I was told that I was being let go due to having sent a message that was seen as harassing to somebody on my personal phone. I was not shown the message or told who it was allegedly sent to. I was told that a team of lawyers at the Chino site were able to get into my phone and "substantiate" that I sent the message. I wasn't told how they were able to get into my phone records without a court order. When I asked to see a summary of findings I was told that there wasn't one. I believe management created a text message narrative in response to my complaint about the young blonde female supervisors. After I was let go an email was sent to the entire staff stating that I was asked to leave and not return, asked not to contact clients or employees, and that the staff needed to contact the directors if I contacted anyone or returned to the site. The email was not at all indicative of what was discussed in my last conversation. Despite being upset about how I was treated I said thank you to the boss and even shook his hand. I was later told by several employees that management even hired security at the site out of fear that I would return to harm someone. This is the kind of treatment and immaturity you should expect if you work for Victor, especially at the Lake Elsinore site. They will try to damage your reputation after leaving regardless of how well you performed or how long you were there. You can search online how often they've been sued in recent years. In my case their efforts were wasted as I caught on to a school district position. You can do much better than Victor!
