      Pros

      Excellent company. My team is great. Flexibility and support. The right opportunity in today's marketplace without being replaced by AI. We sell and install.

      Cons

      Requires time commitment. Pretty much 5-6 days per week that can turn intensive with driving, warm leads after 5pm and installations.

      Pros

      The company does try to take feedback on board, from when I started, it has a lot more structure with training and processes now. They are open to reviewing certain aspects such as bonus structures and shifts and do seem to really care about improving the department as a whole. They have changed it so it is Monday to Friday 9-6 which has helped work life balance

      Cons

      Dependant on who your manager is, there can be a little micromanaging. Some are great, and provide great feedback and seem to really care if you are doing well both professionally and personally, others make you feel like a burden when you approach them for a question that will help you carry out your job correctly. Can be strict on toilet breaks or KPIs with some people but not all. They say customer experience is their priority, but really it’s just the stats.
