Pros

There aren't any, not even a pension scheme? I can't write anything positive.

Cons

The whole company, the MD, every sales manager. You need to treat your staff with respect and appreciate them. The whole atmosphere is so low and negative. It is not a fun or good place to work.

Pros

* Attractive Commission Scheme: Verisure offers a compelling commission structure, allowing security experts to significantly increase their earnings based on performance. This provides a strong incentive for sales and customer acquisition. * Comprehensive Benefits Package: The company provides a range of benefits to its employees, enhancing job satisfaction and financial security. These benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. * Robust Support System: Verisure ensures that its security experts receive ample support from team leaders and managers. This includes ongoing training, mentorship, and assistance with challenging situations, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Cons

* High-Pressure Sales Environment: Like many sales-focused roles, working at Verisure may involve dealing with sales targets and performance expectations. This can create a high-pressure environment that may not suit everyone. * Irregular Hours: Depending on customer needs and sales demands, security experts may need to work flexible or irregular hours. This could impact work-life balance and require adaptability. * Dependence on Sales Performance: A significant portion of income is tied to sales performance, which can fluctuate. This means that earnings may vary from month to month, creating financial uncertainty for some employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you recognise the strengths of our commission structure, benefits package, and the robust support system we provide. Supporting our teams with training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth is a key part of how we operate, and it’s great to see that reflected in your experience. We also appreciate your honest input on the challenges. Sales roles can naturally come with targets and performance expectations, and we understand that this environment isn’t for everyone.
