Pros

For being a company with great size, the culture is close knit and small. There is good access to senior leadership and the decision makers. Company throws twice annual parties for employees and has internal networking events. Office space and amenities are top-notch.

Cons

Minimal work-life balance, as an employee you are always "on call". Senior leadership does not respect your personal life or any paid time off. Although they want to promote work-life balance you are rarely able to attend any of the hosted events without a huge backlog of work. Very minimal career path and growth opportunities.
