Pros

Great product that's well-respected when known, although it's extremely expensive. Pay is good with decent RSUs. Willing to invest in customer acquisition, however it's relatively disjointed.

Cons

Management is poor with excessive micromanagement. Work-life balance is terrible, even when entering and expecting a heavy workload. Interview process and their guidance on micromanagement was very disingenuous, and after onboarding, prepare for activity requirements of a BDR, on top of all of your other duties. The product itself, while solid, is very expensive and cost-prohibitive for most organizations. Takes a significant amount of teaching customers and partners what problems the platform solves and how to make a compelling business case for it.

Pros

- Nice offices - Flexible work from home - company-paid phone bill & wifi bill - cool product - friendly coworkers

Cons

- You will be expected to work overtime daily. They include this in the offer letter of compensation breakdowns because at a minimum you will be working 1-2 hours overtime per day. - TDRs are treated as disposable assets, in the interview they talk a lot about growth opportunities- these are for a special few. Most TDRs do not make it past a few months. - The TDR role is completely metrics-driven. Even if you are working overtime and doing your absolute best, if you aren't hitting your numbers they will fire you without hesitation. - As a TDR, you will be micromanaged to the extreme, you will be asked to send out daily plans with what you are doing in 15-minute increments. - The territory you are given GREATLY decides your success here. - Training doesn't prepare you at all for the phones. It is also super stressful and your job will be threatened if you don't pass the tests. Reach out to literally ANY part TDR on Linkedin before accepting this role.
