Free shoes, relaxed working environment (sometimes).

Cons

Severe health and safety issues in back of house. Stacked boxes, fire hazards, and zero care from your Manchester management. I was injured due to illegally stacked boxes, and my manager failed to make any accommodations due to my injury.
