      Pros

      Good place to start your career. Friendly environment. Good medical insurance. My team manager was good.

      Cons

      Pay is very low. You got to be a workaholic. No fun activities. No perks/bonus. No transparency. Lots of politics.

      - Very poor managers in wise of the mentality, improvement and ability - Bad hierarchy and organisation - Poor HR - Very low RnD efficiency and project resources are not good enough - No certain job handbook and guidelines - High workload, no work/life balance - No career plans for employees, always static - Employee sugesstions not being taken in to account. "Suggestion box" is a huge lie! - Bad Location

      You will learn different skills set. good for beginner Electronics or Electrical Engineers

      Cons

      Poor communication between the Team. You will have to obey rules from some French person somewhere. There is no R&D, even tough they say. The Electronics Team is more or less than Applications engineers, waiting for someone from France or China to develop for them. You better off staying away for this company. The race and class factor is dominant. You might be replaced by a Mexican .
