Pros

Great vibes with co workers. Hard not to when you work with ski bums. Competive pay with other jobs in the area. Decent benefits

Cons

Needs to invest significantly in employee housing. If you live in an RV like I did while I was working for them its decent pay. Otherwise the housing options in the valley are pretty steep in price.

Pros

Opportunities are everywhere if you put in the work!

Cons

Pay structure could be a bit better- especially when we consider there is no cost of living difference for those in Denver (vs Ohio, PA, etc...)
