      Pros

      Inexpensive employee dorm style housing. 50% off meals. Epic pass with reasonable black out dates. Time off given to use the Epic pass out of state. One of the best ski areas in NA. Fun atmosphere, made friends with my room mates. Would work here again if they were hiring.

      Cons

      Inexpensive employee dorm style housing. Get a flu shot! Sickness is rampant. Management stretched thin and overworked. Only place to buy groceries has limited hours and no employee discount on the overpriced items they do carry.

      Poor decision making from upper management, not inclusive of store manager input, unrealistic sales goals, payroll not sufficient to provide quality service
