Love the company values, if you get the right boss there's a lot of flexibility, very entrepreneurial, fun product

Cons

Poor communication, many employees are disgruntled but don't speak up, there is nothing set in place to ensure values are not manipulated at lower management levels, decision making seems to lack big picture perspective and often integrity.
