      Pros

      Very fun environment interacting with people. It's typical retail, with the added twist of dealing with rental aspects of customer service.

      Cons

      Long hours and unreliable management team were the worst parts. Vail is limited by the talent pool available at the start of the season, so the people who were around at the time were given leadership positions.

      Pros

      Ski Pass offered, with discounted passes for friends and family! Flexible hours, I had a second job and they worked with me to maintain that second job

      Cons

      Was hard to get enough time on the mountain. Don't care as much about employees, as they do vacationers.
