      Talent in mid level management is good, some good perks (time off policy, ski passes, discounts

      It's basically a political organization that does not value diversity of thought. You either agree with their overt leftwing bias or show yourself to the door. Their green initiatives and DEI policies are empty, hollow, and merelip service to make senior management feel good about themselves. They are completely out of touch.
