Pros

Discounts on products that you hopefully are passionate about. Ski Pass. Ok benefits. There are some good people here just not in the right positions.

Cons

Upper Management, lack of employee retention, lack of development and training. Work life balance. They say that work life balance is an important part of the company but you will be made to feel bad if you take time off or put in less than 12 hours a day.

It's 'Non-Existant' & it is not who is qualified for the position that gets one hired it's who you know that will get you in the door. Seems unfair and not within the guidelines of employment laws.
