Cons

Review specific to EUC bangalore desktop senior management: Team culture is not up to VMware standards. Favoritism towards engineers. Micro management. Dirty politics. Lacks trust on engineers. Unrealistic goals and targets. Autocracy. Lacks open culture. Room for retaliation. Supremacy towards personnel benefits rather than team success.

Cons

Post vmware there was been a culture change.Bonus is good but the recent lay off have left bad taste for everyone. People were fired even though the company is doing great. Airwatch is being treated as stepchild of vmware and airwatch people are slowly getting replaced.
