Pros

The pay is the highest no matter where you go. They are great in celebrating holidays with free items and food. It’s exciting to celebrate when something new comes along! We get percentage off of merchandise!

Cons

During heavier seasons, they overwork some of us. The overtime might be great but at what cost to our mental health? I wish that the work place gave us more culture to connect with the guest.

Cons

Management does not have your back and does not care about you whatsoever, they I’ll throw you under the bus and favor the customer every single time. Pay is also minimum wage
