Unity is the most diverse company I've worked with, and being a place with both global outreach and stability for its employees its an awesome place to work. I have opportunities to be creative, but I also know what my primary responsibilities are.

Cons

The company is very flat, which leads to a lot of confusion.

Pros

The culture at Unity is excellent. I joined Unity as part of an acquisition and have fit right in. The benefits (I'm based in the UK) are some of the best I have ever had compared to the other companies I have worked for previously, which include some fortune 500 companies.

Cons

There are some growing pains attributed at the moment due to a hiring surge for my office which means there are a lot more people about and a lot of things changing quite fast.
