* Great benefits * Lots of vacation * Great work life balance * Get to work in the Video Game space * Good remote policies and structure

Cons

Needs to work on compensation. Base salary is quite low when compared to other senior engineers in my area.

* Friendly interviewers back to back * Well thought questions * Interviewers were willing to answer my questions as well * Benefits package and compensation well explained * Great culture by the looks of the interview process

Cons

* Position was promoted as remote, but that is only temporary. RTO is expected in a near future.
