Pros

I come to work knowing what is expected of me and I just get it done. Sounds so basic but I am surprised how many companies make it hard for employees to just do their job. Plus, my peers, colleagues and I work well together and we don't take ourselves too seriously!

Cons

Parking would be a nice add, but they do have a commuter benefit.
