Pros

If you wanna do something with big impact, this is the right place. We have a long list of projects in our backlog. Also almost everyone is passionated about his work, even the challenging work.

Cons

The company is growing so quickly. Lack of process. But our hr and team lead are all working on it.

A lot of responsibility + good mentors.

Growing companies lack process - if you have to have process it's not for you.
