Unity has a very decentralized org structure, which means there’s not much top down guidance on where we should be going as a company.

Very relaxed work environment with a lot of freedom and autonomy. Everyone in the company is super open and will help with any questions or issues you have. There is a real in it together vibe that makes it feel like a family not only in my local office but all offices I have visited.

Cons

Due to its size and fast moving pace it can sometimes feel a bit chaotic
