      Pros

      I have never been bored. There is a strong feeling of empowerment at Unity. Developers have a lot of freedom and are very passionate about the engine. There is a great work/life balance, I have never experienced anything even close to "crunch". The companies use of Slack is amazing, I have never worked for such a large company that is so well connected. Everyone is approachable and very helpful. Lots of socials and travel to interesting events etc.

      Cons

      Onboarding can be tricky, there is a lot to take on and things are always changing as the company is growing so fast and often reacts very quickly. There are some key teams that seem to be understaffed which can add delays if you need help from that team.

      Pros

      -One of the better companies that I have worked for. -Fast-paced, always innovating, and always interesting work. -Great culture and benefits with holidays, fitness, health, free lunches -Impressed with their reaction to the recent pandemic and been quite helpful with employees. Considering no one has been this thru before. -Executive team seems honest and genuine

      Cons

      -Unity is growing so fast. Roles and responses are not always clearly defined. Sometimes its a little difficult to keep up with all the new work. -The review process is not as formalized as I wish -Wishes for a little more diversity at the executive and board level.

      Pros

      Unity's HR team was extremely professional and efficient throughout the hiring process. They kept me updated at all times so there was never a moment when I didn't know where I was in the process.

      Cons

      No cons come to mind.
