      - Good work environnement - Good pay - Lots of benefits - The general vibe of the company is very nice, people are mindful of how they interact with each other - The company provides a bunch of workshops & formations to help you thrive & succeed

      Cons

      - it's sometimes hard to understand all the moving parts & the different teams & what they do
