Morale is low, understandably, due to many rounds of layoffs, poor leadership, poor internal communication, lack of transparency which was common under the previous leadership. Stock price down and still going down.

Cons

Leadership has no direction or follow through. Resourcing decisions are made on hype rather than long term product delivery. Every quarter is a crunch for the share price with zero care to the product.
