      Pros

      Good pay and good benefits. You are promoted based on years of service so favoritism doesn't exists. PSE and regulars are protected by union. it's a good work out job. You saved time not going to gym.

      Cons

      Work is repetitive to the point you realized you haven't develop any skill at all. It's mindless job just scan mails all day long like robots. it's physically demanding job. Your work schedule is crazy changing everyday from 1 am to 6 am. hard for you body to adjust. You work long hours during holidays up to 15 hrs a day and get back the next day at 1 am. Most of my coworkers has eye bags like a sack of rice on their cheeks.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Started out getting tons of hours, super overtime, long days....

      Cons

      After about a month and a huge hiring spree, I'm lucky to get over 30 hours a week. I quit a full-time job that I liked, because I wanted a better career. I was really skeptical on accepting the CCA position because there is no guarantee of hours and was very concerned about that when I talked to the postmaster. She assured me that I would be getting plenty of hours and that is not something I need to worry about. That her CCA's were getting over 40 hours a week. Her assurance sealed the deal to my acceptance of the position. Now I am wondering if i made a mistake. I can't pay my bills off 30 hours a week. And i can't find a second job when every single day I am on call.
