Pros

Incredible mission, opportunities, very multi-cultural, progressive, impact is tangible.

Cons

Bureaucratic. Colonial. Sucks if you're not white or networked at HQ. Known cases of abuse of authority, intimidation, bullying, nepotism. Mechanisms in place but fail especially those not networked or from non-donor countries.

-HR processes need improvement, as there are instances where individuals remain in the organization despite concerns about competence, conflicts of interest, or allegations of misconduct, including gender-based violence, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. -Lack of flexibility in the work hours.
