      Pros

      There are several opportunities for continued education, professional growth and development and sharing information among employees. The Turner Knowledge Netwrok (TKN) allows for online courses to be taken and certifications to be obtained. It is very flexible and able to fit within your schedule.

      Cons

      It is a large organization and there are many people, so often times you may be less an individual and more an employee number. I think the large population of employees is beneficial when it comes to the amount of knowledge available.

      A very solid place to learn the basic elements of construction - excellent systems - an industry leader in that regard. Salaries are competitive within the industry

      The culture is entrenched and it will take many hours and years of your life to make an influence within the company

      Pros

      I was given several opportunities to expand my knowledge. They provide online courses to learn about the industry and Turner practices. The courses were easy to navigate and definitely beneficial to the development and growth of my knowledge base.

      Cons

      There aren't many cons that I observed that I can comment on. I enjoyed my work experience there. It would have been nice to see a more diverse workforce. Women were truly lacking in the engineering roles. Possible recruitment of more talented women would be a suggestion.
