Pros
Turner has been a very successful company in recent years and takes care of its employees. Pay is usually highly competitive and we do receive a bonus of one extra paycheck (Free) at the end of the year. I have worked with them for 5 years and have never really had any hard issues with the company.
Cons
The hiring practices and pay scales can be a bit skewed and can even be perceived as a bit corrupt. Some employees will be paid more for less work and vice versa. It really comes down to who your manager/supervisor is. Sometimes it does feel like Turner cares more about their bottom line than the success or progression of their employees. I know of one occasion where an employee was hired at a higher position with more pay than myself, yet I had more and better experience. Turner values older employees and will sometimes take advantage of younger employees, so it is very important to advocate for yourself within a role inside of Turner. That said, Turner is a very good place to work if you're willing to put in the effort of a long career.
