      Pros

      Turner has hired some of the best people I know. It really used to be committed to work life balance, and focus on community in the workplace. The CEO is very personable, and I've had the pleasure of meeting with him twice. Compensation packages are reasonable, and there is respectable aid in building the employees career.

      Cons

      However, politics have recently entered the company stronger than ever, leading to questionable moves made by higher level management. They are the kind of moves that left you scratching your head, and wondering if there is a shift in what this company stands for: teamwork, commitment, and especially, integrity.
