Pros

TPS has what I perceive to be a generally very good set of teachers despite generally being low income and lower performing schools.

Cons

The biggest challenge was seeing administration show very little consideration for students and teachers in my 2 1/2 years at TPS. Turnover is extremely high and students do perceive the bad conditions that are provided for their education.
