      Satisfying at first, but eventually leading to nowhere.

      Pros

      At first, the jobs were challenging and fulfilling. Within the first year or two, the challenge started to wear off and management turnover got to be too much for me.

      Cons

      As mentioned, the change in management led to dissatisfaction across several areas of the company. No one seemed to care about career growth for the employees.

      Flexible work schedule. Middle management allows their team to present and get exposed to upper management. Up to date with technology.

      Cons

      You are expected to move to North Carolina if you wish to advance your career. Pay scale is way to low for central New Jersey.
