      Pros

      good professional development experiences exist. You can get a lot of experience for no additional pay. But you can take this elsewhere.

      Cons

      lack of communication work life balance sucks base pay is okay, but not worth the effort; total compensation less than average a lot of decision making is going on and there is a real lack of communication. lots of arrogance among the sr leaders.

      Pros

      Management respects everyones individual personal & family needs. There's a well balanced time for work and personal life. Benefit packages are a plus. Company culture here is like spending time with a second family.

      Cons

      Sometimes upper management overlooks the hard work employers put out. Advancement within the company should be evaluated within each individuals performance and not just seniority.

      Pros

      Decent Salary if you are middle management. Education reimbursement that none rivals that I know of. Decent 401k

      Cons

      Sales compensation is ridiculously low and hobbling if you are a superstar. If you're an average to underperfoming sales schlep you might actually dig it. Zero communication up and down the chain. No innovation. No new processes. I feel like I am working for a company in 1990 that just got the internet. Their CRM solution is a joke. Senior leadership is disconnected from day to day processes and has their gaze fixed on the the stock price as their barometer of success. Impossible to fire the non performers without filling out reams of paperwork for the inept HR department. Periodic RIFs are their preferred culling tool.
