I was fired 4th day of training out of nowhere. I was told that I was simply not a good fit for the company. How can they determine this if I was on the 4th day of training and was absorbing all the information. Not sure how this is a social services organization that takes pride is helping people but they pull these moves? Terrible representation. It is very unethical. I was given all the equipment and then had to return it all back to the office. I hope they pay me for the 4 days or I will seek legal aid. If you apply here, I recommend not leaving your job until you pass the probation period because they do not give you a chance to even go into the field and show your work production or worth ethic.
