Pros

I can't think of any

Cons

Its not a proper IT company Only boot lickers survive in the company Mallu people play cheap politics They will ruin your confidence and career, you will regret with your decision to work on contract here Managers are pathetic they will treat you as slaves, which is the work culture on this region. You need to be a good politician to survive here, skills will not matter Its a fraud in the name of IT, don't join, better to work in India with some good brand name If you get a good opportunity in India, you will get equivalent salary
