Pros

Just a brand for name sake

Cons

- Never ever join Emirates IT - It's a company full of vendors where they have more value then employees. - Baised culture, where your salary decide based on your passport colour and not by talent - They pretend to be number one but no vision... - No growth, not infrastructure... works like old government company where u need approval for even breathing...

Pros

Great discounts, decent retail hours, and you can usually get one weekend off per month. Pay is pretty decent but you have to negotiate good from the beginning.

Cons

Slow workplace that can easily become a toxic environment. Rude management. In many ways you will feel micro-managed. The pay is decent but the benefits aren't the best. Too many black-out dates. No real work life balance.

Pros

Staff travel tickets and hotel discounts. Flexible schedule. Free accommodation in Dubai. Tax free salary. Great opportunity to travel the world and meet people.

Cons

Long and irregular working hours. Very physically demanding job- involves constant walking, bending, pulling, pushing and lifting weights for as long as 17 hours. In-flight crew rest, as well as the outstation layover time are limited to the legally approved minimum. Health insurance is poor- except for emergencies, only appointments at the EK clinic are covered. Specialists are not available in the EK clinics, and everything is treated with Panadol.
