Pros
The people are really great to work with, idea and knowledge sharing, willingness to give a hand if required. The work can be really interesting.
Cons
Empire building at higher levels of management has caused problems, the seeming lack of willingness to do what is best for the company as a whole over protecting individual domains. Problems with being an Australian cog in an international company interferes with gaining Australian opportunities. An apparent lack of interest in getting smaller work, only going for big work does not help with keeping teams going when big projects transition.
