      Pros

      Great benefits. Good flexibility. You get a good exposure of the generic industry and are given the chance to learn about all departments and operations.

      Cons

      It's hard to move up in grade level. The company has grown and it is easy to overlook an employee's contribution.

      Very generous salary, bonus, 401K company matching, and health benefits.

      Cons

      It's a 40 hour week vs. 35 hour week. No flex hours and telecommuting.

      Good company, except for material handlers

      Pros

      Great benefits, uncapped tuition reimbursement, sufficient vacation and personal days, suburban location with parking, helpful human resources department, friendly culture. Job security. Company is great as long as you don't work in the distribution center.

      Cons

      I was a material handler (warehouse worker), and it pretty much sucked. But for that kind of position what do you expect? I found it hard to transfer to a different department. Eventually I left for more gainful employment and don't regret it.
