      limited career growth long and uncertain promotion cycles (4+ year per level for promotion) salary doesnt go up unless you get promoted

      Stability and that's all I could think of. Maybe not so bad salary.

      Cons

      Very bad work conditions (both office and site), poor management, bad atmosphere. Those applies for their factory in Bucharest, I have no clue about the rest.
