No direction or leadership. Staff lack trust because there is little to no communication from management. Tight circle among managers and lack of communication gives impression they don’t consider staff welfare or interests. 2030 strategy but no work.

no work life balance hectic shifts inside work environment is the worst they work on very limited manpower and have no backup if you want holiday they dont understand even the most important emergency and dont give holiday even if you are sick admit work with a saline stand no cooperation no support
