Product org is clueless. Planning was a 5 hour Jira session, no discussion on strategy, opportunities, goals… a 5hour session on how to use Jira. VPs and Directors have no idea what product management is about. Product is unusable, look at the app reviews, and nobody cares over there. Just stay away unless you want to work for 2 hours a day, do nothing until you find another job

- Non engineering management running engineering culture to ground. Its full of leaders who never forget to talk their own shop. - Lack of engagement amongst employees, hardly anyone attends company wide meetings. People were cracking jokes in all hands after lay-offs. - Lack of focus on innovation, because the leadership just cares about the bottom line, all focus is on short term cost saving initiatives. - Low morale, the leadership not only froze hiring but clearly said every vacant position is gonna be offshored. - High attrition rate, saw 30% of the team leave. - Bleak business outlook. They got lucky during covid , but that stock price ain't going up with less than 20% YOY and start ups eating their lunch. - Financial obligations, they bought livongo and betterhelp with premium price that they have since run into ground.
