Pros

Great to get hands on tutoring experience. Site Leaders are very supportive for the most part.

Cons

Responsibilities vary semester to semester and by school site. Some require more lesson planning than others. Some meet more often. Some have more difficult students. These all impact the way one might think about the stipend and if the pay is worth it.
