      Tata has several kind of Projects in Chile

      Cons

      Tata used an Onsite way to put human resources on Client Location, communication with OffShore Team(India) from Santiago is not easy, there are non heavy cultural differences but exits. Once you are on Client Site most of the time you lost the communication with your local HeadQuarter and lost visibility for the Management. Tata IT Infrastructure is bad, you need spend a lot of time to get and old Laptop if you need it, Facilities are not confortable at all

      Pros

      International company with recognised brand name. Really motivated to become a global top 10 company and is willing to invest heavily to do this. Opportunities to travel and work with very interesting people who are motivated and be the best they can be.

      No Strategy Causes TCS To Close Offices.

      Pros

      TCS offered promises of growth and no relocation necessary. Not needing to relocate was a poor reason to move into this position. Recruiters oversold the opportunity. It is clear that TCS could be solid, but there are many challenges in diversity and culture holding back great things from happening.

      Cons

      TCS is clearly not a North American company. All the approaches, the patterns and the culture are against advancement for non TCS standard employees. It is clear that there is limited intention to advance native geography based personnel and there is no accountability for sales and growth among leaders. TCS is even willing to market what it knows it cannot deliver. It is willing to fake it.
