Pros

None that I can think of at the moment.

Cons

They love adding even more work to an already overworked crew of front-end cart collectors (The customer comes first, no matter what). Cart collectors have to maintain a constant steady flow of carts on top of restroom cleaning checks, cleaning floor spills, preform the carry-ins and carry-outs of very large items( TVs, Basketball pole set, and furniture items), and the trash collecting for Starbucks, Pizza Hut, and the Outside trash cans. Every time a restroom check is preformed it can take a few minutes or more, depending on the type of disaster that needs to be mopped, or you have to garb an empty trash to collect trash takes time ( walking to the back sometimes emptying another half-filled can so you have a can to do your job) all takes time the is not being used to collect more carts so the customers can buy. everything has to be rushed. you fall behind in the number of carts in the cart atrium. You will be looked at as not keeping up and falling behind when you are still performing your assigned tasks. Due to Covid-19 Carts are being cleaned by an assigned person. When that person goes on a 15- Minute Break or a 30-minute lunch. someone was able to cover their absence. Now the cart attendant has to cover the cart cleaners absent, and in doing so is not keeping up / collecting carts. The atrium gets emptied, the front leads, and the front manager starts to look at you like you are not doing your job. When you are to go on your own 30-minute lunch, theirs no one to cover yours, and you have to run/hurry and get caught back up. The front leads just look and do not have or do not care how much work is needed and required to even keep up with the flow of the customers coming and going.
