Pros

None, this place is toxic

Cons

* Company did everything they could to not pay your commissions * Managers cycled so quickly (every 6 weeks or so, you never know what was happening * Pressured to sell insurance to old people that were only there for information * Made you do work off the clock, for example, you had to read email off the clock because you got 7 mins of non-call time before you were docked

Pros

Easy work. Pretty much the same calls over and over so no surprises to deal with and they did have great training.

Cons

They would change you schedule every few months. When I started at this company they told me there would be no shift bids or moving schedules around. This is really what appealed to me as I have 4 kids. After the first 3 months we had a mandatory shift bid. Since I was doing well I didnt have to change. After the first shift bid the started doing customer surveys. Since the company did not allow order cancellations you can just imagine how happy customers were so we would all get terrible surveys and that made me drop down in rank. So then we had another shift bid and I went from working 7-3:00 to 3:00-11pm. I have 4 school aged kids so this was terrible for me but I was told not to worry we would have another shift bid and I could try and get my day shift back. Well I worked hard in raising my surveys to get back to tier 1 and I did it. I was called in to a meeting with 3 others and told that since we were getting busy I would be required to work weekends. This was the only thing when I applied I let them know I couldnt work weekends as I had another job. They said oh they are sorry but it was performance based and they needed to change my schedule again. I get that but for 10.50 it was just not worth all the lies and the moving around. Plus is was CS for Rodan and Fields so I just hated seeing so any people call in to ask for their money back and getting people to sign up for this MLM company. Plus there was a TL that was there for 5 years and only got a .25 raise....so I was not sticking around for that.

Pros

This is a work from home position

Cons

This is a company that values numbers but not their employees. Even though you get paid something, you don't get paid 100% of the time you worked for the company. There was hours missing from my paycheck and when I brought it to their attention they still ignored it. This happened multiple times. You cant complain. I have witness other people complain about their payroll problems and they took them to the breakout room and their never returned back with the group.
