Good benefits, decent working environment.

Cons

Too much management by "cult of personality." Too much lip-service towards improvement with little delivery. Too much valuation of politics over performance and too many turf battles. Budgets cut constantly and overdue projects left incomplete. Constant pressure to handcraft solutions rather than implementing identical commercially available technology.

In general very capable people at a technical level. They are willing to share and help you learn. Nice facility and interesting medical products to work on.

Cons

Constant layoffs-3 a year with no appearant reason because there is a long list of openings at the same location No sharing of long term plans for the business Everything thing was cost cost cost Customer no longer the focus Work enviroment is hostile, especially toward long term emplyees 15+ years

The Wilsonville manufacturing site is full of technical challenges to solve - a high mix of process, mechanical and electrical engineering all in one place. The potential to be a great place to work is obvious. The production workers are hardworking and dedicated to quality.

Cons

The management regime is shockingly oppressive, leaving people bewildered and confused by it's demands to meet unrealistic targets. Unachievable personal goals are mandated at the beginning of the year, and people are told "don't be a victim" when they rightly point out they've been set up to fail.
