      Pros

      Free parking, indoor plumbing. Seriously though, the pay and benefits are above average for Portland.

      Cons

      HR's only purpose was not to represent the employees but prevent lawsuits. Management did not care for their employees. The atmosphere got so bad they had to call in HR from corporate to deal with the large number of employee complaints...bullying was especially noticeable, this was condoned/encouraged by management. Jobs are being farmed out to Mexico/China to improve margins so your job may not be there for long. Avoid this place like the plague.

      Pros

      Zero reasons to work at the wilsonville site unless your a masochist.

      Cons

      Management is probably the worst in any workplace period. They treat engineers and other professionals with impunity and speak down to you as if you were a child. Management has no clue how to actually run an effective production facility using OEE and other viable tracking techniques. I know a person who was directed to change numbers to improves production reports. When he refused due to ethics he was ridiculed and berated by management.
