Daily cooperation among groups is good. Middle management is good. The location is great, with little traffic, but close to cities.

Cons

Little to no salary increases in years. Corporate intrusion of new HR policies is annoying. Too much emphasis on completing online integrity courses which are of no value.

There are some great people working at tyco electronics. Their management structure was very top heavy. Their training oppertunities were plentiful.

Cons

Their processes for transferring new products overseas needed some major help (very re-active). Their management structure was very top heavy.
